Enter your order ID, details of the faulty product and attach a supporting photo or video. Returned items must meet the criteria in their original condition, packaging and with all parts and accessories within 7 days of delivery to qualify.
The replaced product must be of equal or greater value, requiring a refund if the value is greater. For returns, we will issue a refund in the form of an online store credit, excluding shipping fees and promotional discounts, once the return and refund request has been approved.
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival at our agreed address, and the customer will be notified within 3 business days of acceptance of the return. Be sure to include your order number (eg #10005) when returning. All items must be returned in returnable condition in original packaging and exchanged once per invoice.
