You don’t need a mat with the table because the base has a finished bottom that prevents damage to the seats. If you choose to use a mat, non-ethical mats approved and tested for use with the Mesa include: Brica, Munchkin Auto Seat Protector, Diono Super Mat and Diono Ultra Mat.
State and federal safety standards require all car seats to meet strict flame retardant standards (also known as FMVSS 302). As for the Mesa V2, it meets this standard that does not use chemical flame retardants in the fabric that comes in direct contact with the child. The foam under the fabric is processed to meet this requirement, however, the composition does not contain harmful chemicals. In addition, the Mesa V2 is GREENGUARD Gold certified, which checks for low chemical emissions, VOCs.

Below are the circumstances in which an additional shipping charge will apply to an order, if these circumstances are discussed in advance or discovered later:
Each product on our site has a different estimated lead time (usually the average time it takes to be processed, identified, manufactured, shipped from the factory to our warehouse, and then shipped to your home). Each delivery time varies depending on many factors. Some stores stock items that ship immediately, while other items require more time (for example 3-4 weeks). Ask a partner about the estimated delivery time.

One of the best things about buying to order is that we don’t charge sales tax. One notable exception: orders shipped to locations within the state of New Jersey are subject to 7% sales tax. However, we are not responsible for individual state sales tax reporting laws regarding online purchases, so we encourage you to check your state’s regulations before purchasing.
All order statuses must be submitted on the Customer Service page and the Contact Us page via the Order Status link at the bottom right of each page. Click on the link and it will take you to the order status page where you need to submit an order status request. You must provide your order confirmation number and reply email address. We will contact the manufacturer and shippers to get an update on your furniture order and usually respond to your inquiry within 24 hours!
Once your furniture arrives at our distribution center and your inventory is satisfied, our shipper will contact you within 24-48 hours to schedule your delivery with a (4) hour delivery window for weekly appointments. Shipments must be scheduled within 14 days of notification or may be subject to storage charges. We will hold the furniture for a predetermined time unless you contact our office in advance. There is a storage fee of $5.00 per unit per day for unscheduled merchandise after the initial 14 days.
Shipments may be delayed due to bad weather and the return appointment will be made in time. If scheduled delivery attempts and/or confirmation calls are not answered, additional charges apply. Shipping delays for ships, ports, freight elevators, military checkpoints are subject to additional charges. All pets must be restrained when the delivery crew arrives at your facility. Shipping personnel are not allowed to remove their shoes for safety and security reasons. Our team does not change your old furniture, it is your responsibility to rent your new furniture.

After receiving your furniture delivery, if you discover that your furniture is damaged or has a manufacturer’s defect, please do not refuse to accept the order, call customer service at (732)210-4812 as soon as discover the damage and mark delivery as damage received. Even if you received your furniture and the cartons are intact, if you find damage after opening your cartons, keep all your boxes and packing materials, contact our customer service immediately and repair the products. We will replace the entire part if it cannot be repaired to acceptable factory conditions or if deemed necessary by the factory. We stand behind our products and maintain excellent relationships with the manufacturers who make them. Refusal to accept delivery is not permitted and is subject to our return policy
If you would like to change an item in the order or change the delivery address, please call us immediately at (732) 210-4812. We cannot exchange items after an order has been shipped to the factory, so if we cannot exchange the order, you may need to return the product.
Online and/or phone orders cannot be canceled and will be thoroughly reviewed within 24 hours of your order confirmation.
