The best part about Stitch Fix is the style card they send with each item – it really helps non-crafters like me figure out how to wear those items!

Stitch Fix Plus Size Clothing September 2021 Review

Oh yeah – I don’t think I would have kept this necklace if it was free…not a fan.

I loved the price of this item – and at least I had one of the items they recommended wearing in the style book!

I was really on the fence about this shirt… I didn’t hate it, I just didn’t want to spend $58…

I wasn’t sure about this top either – but the more I wore it, the more I loved it! It is so different than anything else I have!

Stitch Fix Review (2024): Why I Returned Everything In The Box. Twice

Well, I was very pleased with this month’s fix. Coming off the top of last month’s Perfect Fix, this one was pretty disappointing… but I still love it! I decided to have 2 tops and ended up paying $66 (after design fee was deducted!)  I think Natalie did a great job finding tops at a great price this month! Can’t wait for my next Stitch fix! Happy Friday! Got fun weekend plans? Josh and I are having a couples massage today and I can’t wait. This is especially necessary as we enter our final week of packing for our big trip to Omaha. This time next week we will be living in our new house. This is crazy thinking.

Today I wanted to share with you a company that I have been using for quite some time. About a month ago I won a great prize on the Fitnessista blog. The prize for Stitch Fix was a $500 gift card. This is the best thing I’ve ever done.

The way Stitch Fix works is very simple. Go to their website and fill out a complete application form. This includes clothes you like/dislike, body type, price range, etc. Then you plan to fix it. Each fix will cost $20 and will include five items of clothing/accessories. The $20 design is credited towards any purchase you make in your order. Return anything you don’t want in the prepaid envelope included in the box. If you have nothing to spare, you will lose $20. If you keep everything, you get 25% off all clothes. You tell them what you’re keeping and what you’re returning, and come back to the website to provide feedback on all subsequent changes. Although Stitch Fix is still in beta, the site runs smoothly and is easy to understand.

I said I’ve been using Stitch Fix for a while and because today I got my third fix. I was so excited to share it with everyone, but the first two edits were the best. (The images above are from a previous update.) Maybe the color didn’t work with my skin tone or things just weren’t my style. I’m quite a girly girl, I was honestly surprised they had such a hard time nailing my style. Gina’s Box always has such good stuff! We’re not there yet with my box, but I think it’s great. I thought it would be fun if you could help me decide what, if any, things to keep with this fix. While it was frustrating not having anything so far, it was exciting to see what I would get. I also thought I’d bring them a few boxes to round out my style and also a steady flow of good boxes. I was looking around on Pinterest and Stitch Fix posts some really cute clothes! Access to Stitch Fix is now by invitation only. If this sounds like something you might like, you can sign up using my referral code.

Stitch Fix: A Blue Ocean Strategy In Retail

1. First up is the Lucy Chevron Peppermint Print Skirt for $48. I love the chevron print and the price can’t be beat but the length is too long for how great the print is. I’m trying to roll it but I don’t know if it’s usually too much fabric.

2. Next up is the Mack B Melbourne Rugby Cotton Stripe Cardigan for $48. I usually stay away from big replicas, but I love this one. The only annoying thing is that the bottom button was already locked when I tried. I can easily return it, but I don’t like the idea of paying $48 for something I have to fix.

3. I was also sent the Costa Blanca Joel Side Zip Capri Pants for $42. I appreciate that they are trying something different. These pants are fun and very comfortable. Unfortunately, I don’t think they were too happy to see this picture. Also, what you don’t see in this picture is how cheaply it is made. One of the belt loops starts back at the seams and there are loose threads. While I like the low prices on the items they sent me, I’m not sure why I got them since I chose the $100-$150 price range for my items. Since it was a free gift card that I won, I was looking to invest in some quality pieces that would last me a long time.

4. Next is the Tart Alec Solid Side Gathered Tank for $78. I love blue and I love layered tops and dresses. I don’t know if this is my favorite part assembled, but I think it would be nice to work with a nice card over it.

5. Finally is the Max & Cleo Williams Geo Print Faux Wrap Dress for $128. I really like the style of this dress, it is lined and feels good to wear. I also think the example is interesting. I like work-appropriate clothes, but I worry that the hem is too short for office wear.

Question of the Day: What do you think? What should I keep? Interested in trying Stitch Fix? I’m so excited for Stitch Fix #2 to arrive tomorrow – what a great time since I was going to a holiday party! So, I had something to wear! Wow!

If I put everything in my box it would cost me $225. A bit high for 5 items – but not too bad if I wanted them all.

The best thing about Stitch Fix is the style card they send with each item – it really helps novices like me wear the items! Sorry, shortened the title a bit…

Stitch Fix Men Review

Sorry for the lack of picture quality – my husband (husband – LOL!) could use a photo  Actually, this cardigan doesn’t fit me… Not that you can really tell… but still, on the basis of how it is drawn and the price, back to the box it went!

One thing I requested when planning my December makeover was a dress for my holiday party. When I first opened the box I was a little disappointed that I only had one choice, but it turns out it didn’t matter a bit because I love this dress!!! I plan on wearing + tights and a cardigan as shown (it’s really cold in MN)!

I didn’t like this shirt – it was very close to my style, I just didn’t like it. If I hadn’t found something to put in my box, I would have kept it so I wouldn’t waste my crafting money, but I’m not in love. P.S. I liked the price of this but how do you…

I struggled with this blouse, I think it looked great – but I went ahead with it. I think clothes should be comfortable and for some reason it wasn’t for me.

Stitch Fix Or Tjmaxx?

OK – so I tried it and I was like, “damn, this is strong and I feel like I’m melting into it.” He took them out and put them away. Then I showered and started getting ready to go to the holiday party last night and realized that hmm…the jeans I was wearing were clearly showing with some shoes. (PS hubby said it looks great, so bonus!)  Played Stitch Fix on your box for a while!

Again, love this service! Best of all, I don’t have to go shopping for more than 4 hours to find an outfit to wear on my next vacation.
