How To Know If God Put Someone In Your Life

How To Know If God Put Someone In Your Life – 1. If God reveals the sin of a leader so that he can replace him with someone better suited for his position, it is a sign that God is about to use his sin for your good.

The news is always full of politicians whose corruption is exposed. Unfortunately, the headlines are full of famous pastors and ministry leaders who have also been exposed for their sins. This is not news. For example, when you read 1 Samuel 2, the priest Eli allowed his sons, who were also priests, to live in sin and mistreat the people they were supposed to lead and serve. In 1 Samuel 2:24-26, Eli said to them:

No, my children; It is not good news that I have heard how the Lord’s people are spreading abroad. If one sins against another, God intercedes for him, and if one sins against the Lord, who intercedes for him? But they did not obey their father’s voice, because the Lord wanted to kill them. The child Samuel grew up and pleased the Lord and the people.

Viola Davis Quote: “when You Pray, God Puts People In Your Life To Lead You When

Notice this powerful statement: “But they would not hearken to the voice of their father, for the Lord was ready to slay them.” This verse does not mean that God is the cause of their sin. However, we see again and again throughout the Bible that God is not the cause of sin, but can use sin to accomplish His own purpose. In God’s sovereignty, He does not cause sin, but He can direct the outcome of any event to achieve the goal He wants. In this example, God clearly wanted to remove these sinful priests in order to raise up for Himself a faithful priest, Samuel.

Similarly, God often exposes corrupt leaders so that He can replace them with better leaders. It’s hard to have a bad boss and drama at work when it’s finally revealed. It is difficult to be part of a church where the pastor is finally exposed for the corruption he has been trying to hide for years. But eventually God will use their evil for good by exposing and changing them just as God did before he commissioned Samuel.

And that’s good for you because God may be preparing you to replace them, or God may bless you through this new leader that you’re going to have who is going to replace them. David was a blessing to the people he led, but before David could do any good, Saul had to fall.

2. When God uses two sinful people to judge each other, it is a sign that God is using one person’s sin for your good.

Colossians 3:23 24 Whatever You Do, Do Your Work Heartily, As For The Lord Rather Than For Men, Knowing That From The Lord You Will Receive The Reward Of The Inheritance. It Is

It can be confusing to notice this common trend in the Bible. Throughout the Bible, God often uses sinners to judge other sinners. For example, Samson was a complex and flawed man, but it was also clear that God was still using him for His own purposes, especially to bring judgment on the Philistines.

For example, Judges 14 tells us that Samson foolishly proposed marriage to a Philistine woman, which was actually a sin. His parents tried to convince him to marry a pious woman, but he refused. Judges 14:2-4 says:

In Timnath I saw one of the daughters of the Philistines. people, that you will go and take wives of the uncircumcised Philistines?” Then Samson said to his father, “Take him for me, for he is righteous in my eyes.” And his father and his mother did not know that he had, because he sought opportunity over the Philistines, and in at that time the Philistines were the rulers of Israel.

This is a passage that can be easily applied and misunderstood. That is no excuse for disobeying God’s laws and submitting to an unjust yoke. Rather, it is a passage of Scripture that shows how God uses the sin of one person to judge another. If you read the rest of the story, believe me, it will become clear that you do not want to follow in Samson’s footsteps. He married this woman and she cheated on him, he married the best man at his wedding and Samson burned down his village and then the villagers burned it down and then Samson killed 1000 men with a bone in the jaw of a donkey.

How Will You Measure Your Life?

I want to point out here that in life God knows how to judge those who sin against you. God will usually judge people who have sinned against you by bringing sinners into their lives to judge them. God knows how to avenge his people.

3. God will bless you when those who slander your good behavior in Christ are put to shame

Ironically, one of the ways God makes His people shine the brightest is by using the sins and attacks of others to draw attention to the light of His people. 1 Peter 3:14-17 explains:

Do You Believe God Is Good?

But if you suffer for righteousness, you will be blessed. Do not be afraid of them and do not be afraid, but honor Christ the Lord as holy in your hearts, always ready to give an answer to everyone who asks you the reason for the hope that you have. But do it with gentleness, respect, and a good mind, so that even those who insult your good conduct in Christ may be put to shame when they insult you. Because it is better to suffer for doing good, if it is God’s will, than to suffer for doing evil.

Notice his statement, “If he slanders you.” There is no need to accept abusive behavior, but we should expect abusive behavior in this world to be prepared to deal with it. How do we deal with it? By continuing to obey the Lord. It will shame those who try to bring us down because they will realize that what we have is greater than what is in the world. “Children, you are God’s and have overcome them, because he who is in you” is greater than he who is in the world. They are of the world. . (1 John 4:4-5).

4. If God increases the power of His gospel by causing you to treat men better than they deserve, it is a sign that God is using man’s sins against you for your benefit and His glory.

The gospel of Jesus Christ is not God’s plan B. From eternity God knew that Jesus had to die on the cross for our sins. As stated in Ephesians 1:4, “For you chose us in [Christ] before the foundation of the world to be holy and blameless before him.”

People Pleasing That Pleases God

While we cannot fully know God’s mind, we know that every decision God makes is ultimately a decision that will bring Him greater glory. God saw fit to glorify himself through the gospel of Jesus Christ. Likewise, God wants us to glorify Him by treating others better than they deserve when they sin against us.

His brothers did a lot for Joseph. But God used their sin as a way to show His grace through His servant Joseph. Genesis 50:17-21 begins with his brothers saying to him:

And now forgive the sins of God’s servants of your father. When they spoke to him, Joseph cried. And his brothers also came and bowed down to him and said: Here we are your servants. And Joseph said to them: Do not be afraid, am I here in the place of God? As for you, you intended evil against me, but God intended it for good, to save many people who live as they are today. Do not worry; I support you and your children. He comforted them and spoke kindly to them.

One of the most powerful ways God makes evil good is by allowing his people to treat other sinners better than they deserve. Only God can do this, therefore only God deserves the glory. Here are three not-so-obvious signs that God has already connected you with someone you will one day date.

Scripture Prayers For Safety And Protection

1. If you don’t think you can date someone who now allows you to build a good friendship without pressure, it could be a sign that God is preparing you to date this person.

Ironically, one of the biggest obstacles to romance is the pressure to romance. In other words, if a person has…
