The collection is available in our warehouse Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We regret to inform you that exchanges and returns are not possible in our store, unless specifically stated.
Include your order ID, details of the defective product and attach supporting photos and videos. Returned products must meet the criteria of being in their original condition and packaging and must include all parts and accessories within 5 days of delivery to qualify.
Exchange products must be of equal or greater value and require a charge if the value is greater. Returns and Refunds After the request is approved, we will issue a refund in the form of an online store credit, excluding shipping charges and promotional discounts.

All returned products will be inspected immediately upon arrival at our designated address and the buyer will be notified within 3 business days of being eligible for a return. Returns that are not in their original condition, outside of this period or without authorization are not accepted
