Rooms are very spacious, no space to hang clothes etc. Only one thin pillow per bed. I didn’t ask for a different pillow, the TV is not enough for the tea and coffee milk and the old place is the best property and the coffee machines downstairs are also very quiet in the rooms.

Clean, quiet rooms. Lobby with friendly staff and free coffee. Great restaurants and lots of shops nearby. The elevator was a bit difficult. I would stay again 👍🏼

My experience is comfortable, the room is nice, dark and quiet. The bathroom was adequate. The yellow bus provides excellent connections to and from the airport. Airport Village also has shops outside the hotel. I will definitely be back.

The only good thing is the nice and helpful reception staff. We went there about 3 years ago and knew what to expect. But it was so bad, the room smelled so bad, there was mold on the ceiling. There was a lot of dust on the boards all over the room. The fan is very disgusting and the bathroom mirror is very dirty. We don’t want to complain because we also work in hospitality, but we asked to change rooms because of the smell and the receptionist gave us another room which was nicer but dusty and a bit damp so we thought it was pointless to try again. Room because that’s their standard. Stayed for 3 nights and never got service, just changed towels, not too bad but not as cheap as a hotel, so we expected a bit more. Don’t stay there now. So sad!

The hotel is located in Auckland BCD and costs around NZ150 per day, however, the hotel and room is just an old apartment, no AC, no carpet, no furniture, no furniture/equipment in the room. It was old, noisy all night, no proper shower and toilet
