October 15, 1957 was the day I was born. I turned 65 that Saturday. Just three days ago we discovered that our bike was missing brake lights and turn signals. We were on our way to the Catskills for a three-day race at the world-famous Hawk’s Nest, so I called Louis, HDNC’s service manager, to share our problem. He said, “Bring the bike here at 8:30 tomorrow morning and we’ll have it ready for you before the ride!” I can’t tell you what that meant to me… I knew I could count on them because they did an incredible job on the Ultra Classic and my summer. Harley Davidson of Bellmore will always be my shop. I have owned four Harley Davidsons and if I ever buy a new bike it will be from them! Thanks to all the friends who worked hard to make this boy’s dream come true. We had a wonderful three day race in the Catskill Mountains that could not have been better and would not have been possible without your excellent service.
