At only 16.7 inches wide, the seat’s narrowness allows for three seats in most situations. In the 2011 E350 Ford Econoline and 2011 Chevy Equinox, we were able to install three of these seats back-to-back without issue. It’s not something we often talk about or ignore.

When the seat is in booster mode, the belt is stored in a convenient compartment directly in the seat. This is useful in several situations: not losing the belt when not in use and additional training for families with children. Sometimes, a child who is new to using the seat needs to go back to using the harness during the process, if the harness is still attached and the seat can easily be changed between modes, this can easily be done with a few walks.
