Spray the roasting pan with cooking spray and place the wings in a single layer. Preheat pan to 400°F and bake for 20-25 minutes, shaking basket every 5 minutes, until crisp and internal temperature reaches 165°F. (Line the basket with parchment paper to make cleaning easier)

If you have leftover chicken wings, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. The wings will soften a bit after they cool. But you can return the tissues when you go to warm them up.

For best reheating results, place wings in another layer on a baking sheet with a wire rack and bake at 350°F. Heat for 5-10 minutes or until heated through. If you have them, you can heat them in a deep skillet at 350°F for about 5 minutes.
