This property is a character residence with eight bedrooms. Each room is named after a unique wooden case made from salvaged wood. The villa can sleep up to 20 guests, with four bedrooms, including a family room, and four bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms. We can accommodate all sleeping configurations with each super king size bed divided into two single beds for a total of 16 individual beds (2 doubles, 1 queen and 13 singles), plus a pull out couch and two you pull out bed. A short 5 minute walk to New Regent Street; A 1930s architecturally designed pedestrian mall and the beginning of the historic tramway. The East End, the Avon River and the famous multi-million dollar Magaret Mahi Family Playground are just a few blocks away. The Botanic Gardens, Canterbury Museum and Christchurch Art Gallery are a 20-minute walk across town, or longer for a walk along the beautiful banks of the River Avon.
Fantastic property, centrally located and clean and tidy. The comments were great and the hosts were very helpful in answering our questions. This property has great flexibility in terms of room configuration and how it is used. We used it as professionals for a small conference and the board room and AV equipment was fantastic.
