We tested our SnugRider with the Graco SnugRide Classic Connect 30 and the Graco SnugRide Click Connect 35. Both seats should click into place when placed on forms with minimal pressure. I had the same issues with both seeming to connect well but not actually connecting when we pulled the handle. The back of the carrier is easy to install, making parents think it’s safe, but in our tests we had to put a lot of pressure on the foot part of the carrier to bend the bottom. Even when we heard the audible click, it was not always attached, so we recommend that parents give the carrier a hand to determine when the installation is complete.
